FixVibe does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The controls below cover everything you can do to limit our use of your data anyway.
Analytics consent
We only run product analytics (PostHog) after you grant consent in our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals automatically — if your browser sends GPC, analytics is treated as off regardless of any prior consent.

Email notifications
Manage which transactional emails you receive (scan complete, scheduled re-scan complete, live threat alert, weekly digest) from Account → Settings. Every email also includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Access, export, delete
Self-serve from Account → Privacy:
- download a JSON export of all your data;
- permanently delete your account (cancels Stripe subscription, removes scans + findings, anonymizes audit logs).
For requests we can't satisfy via self-serve (rectification of a field we don't expose, restriction of processing, objection), email support@fixvibe.app with subject “Privacy request”. We respond within 30 days.
California residents — CCPA / CPRA
You have the rights described above plus the explicit CCPA rights detailed in the Privacy Policy. Notably:
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing: not applicable — we neither sell nor share for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: we collect none beyond authentication credentials and session metadata, both required to provide the service.
- Right to non-discrimination: exercising any of these rights does not change what you can do on FixVibe.
Authorized agent requests
If an authorized agent submits a privacy request on your behalf, they should email support@fixvibe.app with proof of authorization (signed permission + your verifiable email). We may verify directly with you before acting.
